Rhadasha Dean
Founder
My journey into the home health care industry was deeply personal and rooted in love. Motivated by my daughter, who is special needs and disabled, through caring for her, I experienced firsthand the challenges families face in finding compassionate, reliable, and personalized care.
Watching her grow, thrive, and overcome obstacles with the right support opened my eyes to how powerful quality care can be—not just for the individual, but for the entire family. It taught me patience, advocacy, and the importance of dignity in every aspect of care.
I opened this business to be a source of that same strength and support for others. My mission is to make sure that every individual—no matter their age or ability—receives the same level of care, respect, and love that I give my own daughter. This isn’t just a business to me—it’s my purpose.
